Enjoy our private dining room reminiscent of the 1930's. We host a variety of events from business meetings, seminars, holiday and retirement parties, and rehearsal dinners.

Choose one of the following menu options to serve your guests:

Included with each entrée is a Chop House wedge salad with ranch dressing, baguette rolls and your choice of tea, coffee, or soda.

EISENHOWER OPTION $25.95 pp*

USDA PRIME TOP SIRLOIN

Aged 10 oz. prime sirloin, grilled, finished with a balsamic glaze and Maytag Blue Cheese crumbles. Served with Chop House mashers.

ROAST SALMON

Cedar plank roasted salmon with Cajun remoulade and Chop House mashers.

PARMESAN ENCRUSTED CHICKEN

8 oz. grilled chicken breast encrusted in parmesan cheese and served with Chop House mashers.

CHURCHHILL OPTION $28.95 pp*

FILET MIGNON

8 oz. filet, bacon-wrapped, grilled and topped with brandied mushrooms. Served with Chop House mashers.

SCALLOP SKEWERS

Sea scallops skewered and grilled served on a cherry cream sauce and accompanied by Chop House masher and julienne vegetables.

PEACH-PABLANO PORK TENDERLOIN

Three pork tenderloin medallions, grilled, served with homemade peach-pablano salsa, corn relish, and Chop House mashers.

NEW YORK STRIP

12 oz. center cut New Your strip grilled and topped with Chop House maitre'd butter and crispy fried onions. Served with Chop House mashers.

ALASKAN KING CRAB LEGS

One pound of crab legs steamed and served with drawn butter and Chop House mashers.

LAMB TENDERLOIN

Pan roasted lamb tenderloin served with a Port wine reduction and a Tuscan-raisin chutney. Served with Chop House mashers.
